Management FEES and COMMISSIONS
Our fees and commissions are structured as follows,
in compliance with the Estate Agents Act Cap 533
(Estate Agents (Remuneration) Amendment Rule,
2002), Laws of Kenya. Note that commissions are
exclusive of VAT and wages/salaries of agreed-upon
employees (e.g., landlord’s caretaker).

Our range of management services includes:
- Advertising
- Tenant selection
- Lease preparation and administration
- Hand in/hand over inspections
- Maintaining landlord/tenant relationships
- Market rental assessments
- Rent & service charge collection
- Periodic inspections, maintenance, and repairs
- Accounting and bookkeeping
- Completion and submission of quarterly reports
